Beginning therapy is a big deal. You’re investing your trust, energy, time, and financial resources in getting help, and it’s my job to make sure you get the highest return on your investment. Here’s how: I’ve cultivated my therapeutic approach through years of extensive training and experience, and you can be sure I’ll be using techniques that are proven effective by scientific research. We’ll regularly check in with each other about your progress to make sure you’re getting the results outside of therapy from the work you’re doing inside. I’ve had the immense privilege of supporting many clients in embracing their sensitivity and living more whole-hearted lives—now it’s your turn.

Individual Therapy Rates

$145 per 50-minute session / $220 per 90-minute session

Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, check, HSA/FSA, Venmo, and Zelle

Sliding Scale

Sliding scales are flexible fee structures that exist to make therapy more affordable for those experiencing financial hardship. I offer a limited number of income-based sliding scale spots. If you would like to request a reduced fee, please get in touch here and mention that you would like to apply for my sliding scale.

Insurance

I do not accept insurance but will gladly provide a superbill so you can seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance. I recommend that you contact your insurance provider directly to ask about out-of-network behavioral health reimbursement rates under your plan.  

The Process of Therapy

Free Consultation

After you complete my contact form, I’ll email you to schedule a free 15-minute discovery call. During this call, we’ll get to know a bit about each other and decide if we’re a good fit. If we are, we’ll schedule our first session at the end of the call. If not, I’ll refer you someone who is.

Intake Paperwork

Prior to our first session, I’ll set you up with an account in my online portal where you’ll complete your intake paperwork. Through this paperwork, you’ll learn about me and my practice, and you’ll share details about yourself, your history, and what brings you to therapy.

03.
Initial Session

Think of your initial session as an opportunity to explore where you are, where you’ve been, and where you’d like to go. We’ll review your intake paperwork and set goals for treatment. My goal is to make sure you feel seen, supported, and hopeful for the future.

04.
Ongoing Sessions

Your therapy sessions will be as unique and individual as you are. We’ll work together to explore the challenges you’re facing and equip you with the tools you need to overcome them. We’ll check in on your progress and change course as needed along the way.
